3rd Story Attic Renovation
A spacious 3rd story attic finish including a large family room, office, hidden kids playroom, and lots of built in storage. We added a whole new third-level of finished living space to the home, with high angled ceilings, large windows and new hardwood floors. The stairs were also remodeled to carry the natrual wood floors and railing into this space.

It's not everyday you have an existing attic space with such dramtic ceilings and large windows, so the homeowners wanted to keep as much height as possible in the design. We created created knee walls for closets, built ins and a charming hidden kids play room. The warmth of the douglas fir floors, light pouring in through the windows, and the timeless finishes make this space irresistably inviting.
