Like so many homes in the Twin Cities, this one had a dark and dingy basement. The home owners wanted a multi-purpose space for their growing family. They added a kitchenette and bathroom. They brightened the space up by adding egress windows and white walls.

Bathroom
We added a half bathroom with walk-in shower, beautiful glass tile along with oversized black hexagon tile that comliments the black trim throughout.
