Bancroft Addition and Remodel
2-story addition including full kitchen remodel, new mudroom and powder room, and enlarged dining room on the main level. On the second story, we expanded and remodeled the primary bath and the main bedroom, adding an attached laundry room and walk-in closet. We finished the basement with a new bathroom, closet and family room. We love this house, check it out!

The Kitchen
Being an older home, the original kitchen was a small space. The homeowners wanted to keep the kitchen as separate room but expand it with an addition. They worked hard with the designer to create a space that utilized every square inch. This traditional galley kitchen incorpoorates classic cherry stained cabinets, maple floors, dark soap stone counters, and modern touches such as a chevron backsplash and penisula.

"This project was particularly rewarading for me because I was able to see the homeowners through purchasing and renovating a home. They had a clear vision of what their dream home looked like, but it just didn't exist in the neighborhood they wanted to live in. Primary bedroom
This room was expanded as a part of the addition. We also added a large laundry room and walk-in closet off of the primary bedroom.
The Mudroom & Water Closet
As in many homes of this era there was no mudroom or main level bathroom. This addition solved that problem by incorporating them into the plan as well as a kitchen, bedroom and primary bathroom expansion.
